The personal data collected by PRADA Korea LLC (hereinafter, the “Company”) is set forth below.

- Items to be Collected: E-mail address, location, collection you are interested in (man/woman)

- Purpose of Collection and Use: To ensure delivery of email newsletters regarding PRADA and the other brands and initiatives of the Prada Group  

- Period of Retention and Use: Deleted as soon as possible when application for unsubscription to the newsletter is made

- Right to Refuse, etc.: You have the right to refuse the collection and use of your personal data as set forth above. However, if you refuse, we will not be able to provide you with the newsletter service.

The above personal data will be immediately transferred overseas via online transmission upon collection to Prada S.p.A. Italy (Contact: privacy@prada.com) for the above purposes, period of retention and use. You have the right to refuse the overseas transfer of your personal data. However, if you refuse, you may not be able to receive the newsletter service provided by Prada S.p.A
