For the Prada Galleria, access to the Lifetime Repair service is enabled through the Digital Certificate of Ownership. By scanning the NFC tag, positioned near the Prada logo, and registering the product on the Aura Consortium, clients can request their Digital Certificate of Ownership and access a range of exclusive services and benefits, including Lifetime Repair.
