RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Dear Customer,

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Products purchased on our website, you may return them free of charge within 14 days from delivery, except for selected Personalised Products indicated as non- returnable. Please note that the return must be requested within 7 days from delivery and items must then be returned within 7 days of receiving your return number.

We wish to inform you that the Products purchased cannot be exchanged, therefore if you wish to change your goods you can perform a return according to the below terms and place a new Order.

The Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached or a red security seal  must be returned with the tag or or the red security seal still in its original position.

To perform a return please:

  1. Log in to the "Return" section on the website or directly to your "Account". Enter your Order number and the email address associated with your original Order;
  2. Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the articles you wish to return, and the reasons for the return;
  3. Affix to the outside of the return parcel the prepaid shipping waybill displaying the returning address that was included in the original package at delivery;
  4. Organise the pick-up by writing an email to client.service.kr@prada.com. Please provide your address, telephone number and preferred date. The exact pick-up time will need to be confirmed by our courier.

By following the above procedure, our courier will pick up the parcel free of charge. Otherwise, the shipping will be at your expense, and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping.

Once the compliance of the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued to the original credit card/account used when you placed your Order.

Please note that upon receipt of the parcel, we shall refund any amounts due for the Products returned within 3 days of receiving the Products and verifying they are in the required condition, followed by a refund confirmation email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
