How can I place an online order?
Once you have added the items to your shopping bag, you can verify your selection, modify it and proceed to checkout.
If your order contains more than one Product, the Products may be shipped in multiple shipments.
When can I consider my order as confirmed?
At the end of the checkout process you will receive an Order Acknowledgment email with a recap of the Order that we received, along with the information that we are processing it. Once placed, the content of your Order Acxknowledgment can no longer be changed.
If you do not receive an email acknowledging your Order within 24 hours from placing the Order, please contact us to verify if the Order was correctly received.
The Order will be confirmed only when you receive the Confirmation email(s) for your product(s) that are confirmed, subject to availability, and are ready to be shipped. The email will be sent to the email address indicated on the Order form.
Once the package(s) is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number and delivery information from the courier.
Can I modify or cancel my online order?
Once your Order has been placed, no further modifications or changes can be made.
Should you wish to cancel your Order, or require further assistance please contact our Client Service as soon as possible.
Please note once the Order has been Confirmed it may have already be processed for Shipment and can no longer be cancelled. Return requests can be made by following the Return instructions.
Due to the nature of Personalised Products, these items cannot be cancelled once ordered, as they may be in process of being customized.
How can I make an online pre-order?
You may have the opportunity to Pre-Order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market.
Orders made for Pre-Order Products will have a longer delivery lead time and expected delivery time frames will be specified on the invididual Product display page on our Website.
Should your Order contain both Pre-Order Products and Non Pre-Order Products, deliveries will be made in multiple shipments.
For any Orders containing Pre-Order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email and the Government Unified Invoice will be mailed to you via Registered Mail even though such items are yet to be ready for shipment.
Please note that you will not be able to return Pre-Order Product(s) if the Government Unified Invoice is lost.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number and delivery information from the courier.

Our website offers a wide selection of Products from the latest Prada collections, and the Product selection is updated regularly with new arrivals.
If the item(s) you are looking for online is not currently available, need recommendations, or help selecting a size please contact Client Service and one of our Client Advisors will assist in locating your selection or providing alternatives.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Prada accepts major credit cards and the other digital payment methods indicated on our Websites.
The total Order transaction amount will be charged once we have verified your payment details and confirmed Product availability through the Confirmation email.
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at Checkout. The total Order transaction amount includes any shipping costs, taxes and duties.
If you wish to receive the relevant sales document, please contact our Client Service.
A Government Unified Invoice will also be included in your package for every Order placed on our website.
Can I pick up my online order from a Prada store?
Orders placed online may be picked up directly from one of our Stores, if the option is available at checkout.
To select this option, choose the Store from the suggested list at checkout.
Once the Order is ready for Pick-up, you will receive a Confirmation e-mail to present at the store upon collection, along with your ID.
The Order will be available for 7 days after the Confirmation e-mail is sent.
If for any reason you are unable to pick up your Order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and a refund will be issued.
