The Lifetime Repair service is available for eligible Prada Galleria bags purchased after September 10, 2026.

For Prada Galleria, access to the Lifetime Repair service is enabled through the Digital Certificate of Ownership. By scanning the NFC tag located near the Prada logo, clients can request their Digital Certificate of Ownership and access a range of exclusive services and benefits, including Lifetime Repair. The Digital Certificate of Ownership will be recorded and made immutable and permanent over time through Aura Consortium’s blockchain technology.
