Orders generally process within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times are estimated from day of shipping. You can verify the delivery status using the tracking number that will be provided to you.

The estimated delivery date for pre-order items is from November 1st to December 31st, 2019.

Hot-stamped personalized products will be delivered within 3 weeks.

In case of a mixed order (i.e., orders including pre-order items, hot-stamped personalized items and items already available), the products will be shipped at once as soon as the pre-order items or hot-stamped personalized items are available. We recommend that you place a separate order if you wish to receive available merchandise first.

You may return one or more products within 7 days from the delivery of your order. Return shipping is free. Please note that hot-stamped personalized products cannot be returned.
