Shipping options and costs

All our orders are shipped through DHL. Shipping fees are £15.00.
Delivery is usually within 2 to 4 working days from when you placed your purchase online. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Italy and in your selected shipping Country.

Refund times

On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund. Kindly consider this process may take between 5 and 10 days.
The refund is issued directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
